Insta360 - The Camera We Love Filming With

We use and highly recommend the Insta360 ONE X2, an action camera with a neat stabilizer that is also waterproof up to 10 meters and records audio. We use the following accessories with it:

1. Lens cap: A lens cap increases the camera's lifespan by protecting the lens ($4*).

2. SD card: Don't go cheap on a mini SD card because it actually won't work with the camera. You need a high quality one!! We use a 500 GB SanDisk ($78). We purchased one with a lot of memory since the videos take up a lot of space. You can always get an SD card of lower space since it's cheaper ($25 for 128 GB), but that means you'll need to be diligent about deleting old content.

3. Invisible selfie stick: The retractable selfie stick ($22) is what creates the drone effect.

The camera plus the accessories would be approximately $437 (not including tax). Since it's an investment, you may want to consider adding a protection plan with your purchase.

Editing:

You first film the footage and then edit the footage on the company's app. It does take some getting used to, but they also make it easy with their tracking feature. Once you select the person you want to track, the app does the work for you. It will make sense once you edit for the first time! Considering the great footage you get, it's so worth to take the time to edit.
